Modular Pellet Plants For Large Scale Production

Setting up a complete pellet plant can be a very complicated and expensive process for anyone.

However, the process has now been simplified and the cost reduced with the design of the modular pellet plant. With traditional pellet plants each set of equipment maybe produced by different manufacturers, and trying to install a complete plant can bring about various issues trying to get all the equipment to work together. However, with the modular pellet plant all of the equipment is produced by one manufacturer, and each process is contained within its own module. The modules are contained within a steel frame which fits exactly into a shipping container. Each module is then removed from the shipping container and stacked accordingly as you can see an example in the image below.

For instance, there is a module which contains the pellet mill and the cooling system. There is then a module above which has the cyclones and suction system. The pellets are removed from the pellet mill via suction and then deposited into the cooling system. Once the pellets leave the cooling system, they are then delivered up to the sieve to remove any excess fines. The pellets finally then go into the bagging module. The pellets can then either be placed into bulk bags or packaged into small plastic bags for the residential heating fuel market.
