Visit PelHeat.com For Our Range Of Pellet Mills and Pellet PlantsAt PelHeat.com we work to provide the best education on the pellet production process, and also provide the best quality equipment. Our range starts with the Mini Pellet Mill. This product has been design to operate from a single phase electrical supply, however we do offer a three phase unit. Though this is our smallest pellet mill it still has all the features and abilities of our larger pellet mills. It is based on the ring die design, which is the most efficient processing method for a pellet machine which also produces pellets of a more consistent quality. The Mini Pellet Mill can be operated by the home owner, as a research machine or by a small wood shop owners as just a few examples. It also enables those who intend to operate a pellet plant the opportunity to test their skills at making wood and biomass pellets and other pellets like animal feed. The next stage up is our small pellet plants. These include everything you could need to produce quality pellets with maximum profits. Unlike other small pellet plants these are highly automated and require only one operator. The plants include shedders, hammer mills, dryers, pellet mills and bagging systems. We use a range of conveyors and augers to mover the raw material and pellets from one process to another. We design each pellet plant for each customer, as every project is different. The pellet plants can be scaled up to 2,000 kgs an hour. However if you require a productivity beyond this we have our large scale modular pellet plants. Each part of the process is built within a steal container, and can easily be stacked one on top of the other. Each pellet mill module features a pellet press capable or producing 2 tons per hour. This design can be scaled up to 10 tons, 20 tons per hour and more. It can then easily be moved from one location to another. What ever your requirements are please visit pelheat.com and send us an email so we can discuss which pellet equipment will be able to meet your needs to maximise your profits. |
