Wood Pellet Grill

Wood pellet grills are growing in popularity all over the world. There are multiple advantages to wood pellet grills. Wood pellet grills operate in a similar fashion to wood pellet stoves and boilers. A hopper holds the supply of hardwood cooking pellets, then an auger system feeds the pellets into a burn pot beneath the grill. A hot rod ignites the pellets, and then the temperature of the grill is controlled via a thermostat. The thermostat controls the rate of pellet feed into the fire, to achieve the desired temperature. Wood pellet grills can be used to barbeque, smoke or even as an oven. Also through the wide variety of hardwood cooking pellets available, it is possible to achieve unique flavours through cooking your food on a wood pellet grill.
